Ginny became a licensed real estate agent and has been with Century 21 American Heritage Realty since 1986. After becoming licensed, she continued taking the necessary real estate classes to become an Associate Broker. Ginny has been managing the Leechburg office since 1996. As a member of the Greater Allegheny Kiski Board of Realtors, and having a passion for education, she served on the Board, was chairperson of the education committee and was President of the Board in 2008. Her passion for education didn’t stop there as she went on to become a Certified Real Estate Instructor. She has been teaching prelicense classes, mandatory continuing education classes, broker classes and designation classes.

An active member in her church, as well as many community projects. Some of her hobbies include visits to amusement parks, cooking, baking, and being a grandma.
Ginny grew up in the South Hills (Carrick) section of Pittsburgh and has lived in Gilpin Township since 1977. She has 3 children, Ryan Skomo, Amanda Oldfield and Dr. Andrea Skomo. Ginny and Rege Frank married in 2013 and with their blended family, they now have 8 children and 18 grandchildren.
