Century Settlement Services, Inc. is a full service settlement firm and title insurance provider. We are an authorized agent for Fidelity National Title, First American Title, and Chicago Title.
Century Settlement Services, Inc. was originally created in 1997 by Janet Ryan and James Duffy for the purpose of serving CENTURY 21 American Heritage Realty. We have grown to serve a variety of clients including “for sale by Owner’s,” family transactions, and a wide variety of banks, mortgage Brokers, and lenders doing business in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Duffy has been a practicing attorney with an emphasis on real estate law for over 28 years and is an active lecturer for the PA Bar Institute on residential loan documents and transactions. We routinely handle conventional loan closings, FHA loans, VA loans, PA Housing Finance Agency bond program loans, loans that are sold on secondary markets and those held in individual portfolios. We currently are approved to close for over 40 lenders.
