Heidi Powell is an optimist!
Joining the Real Estate profession during a recession when many agents were fleeing—was a bold and somewhat risky career choice. Having worked in sales and marketing in the Construction and Architecture fields for many years, the move was a natural next step. She had always been a passive observer of the Real Estate Market and has been able to utilize her sales and negotiating skills to the table for her clients benefit.
Serving primarily the four county area (Northern Allegheny, Butler, Armstrong and Westmoreland) Heidi's clients describe her as a "Go Getter", a true and honest "tell-it-like-it-is" hardworking agent with the marketing talent and people skills to bring about a successful sale or purchase. She also has a intimate understanding of Riverfront property values.
Heidi has a personal understanding of new construction brought on by the design and building of her home in the small riverfront community of Clinton, Armstrong County-- where she lives with her Husband, Jay, and two school-aged Daughters, McClain and Autumn. The family enjoys boating, water skiing, golf and motorcycles. When not attending dance class, hiking, or performing, the girls enjoy hanging out in the hammock and hearing all about Mom’s “Real Estating Adventures.”
