Tim obtained his real estate license in 1986 to "help" his wife, Cheryl. From that beginning he has grown from a real estate assistant to one of the top agents at CENTURY 21 American Heritage Realty.
Tim was born in New Kensington and has lived in the Allegheny Valley most of his life. He graduated from New Kensington-Arnold School District and continued his education at Salem College in West Virginia. Landis worked as a Machinist at Braeburn Steel and Westinghouse before joining the CENTURY 21 American Heritage Realty family in 1996.
Tim resides in Lower Burrell with his wife and has three children. Over the years, he always found the time to assist any of the teams his kids participated in. He has served on both the Disciplinary Committee and Parents’ Advisory Committee at Burrell Middle and High Schools. Spare time is spent hunting, fishing or golfing. Landis is a 32-Year Member of the St. Joe’s Golf League.
