Nancy moved from Butler to Lower Burrell after her marriage to Frank 31 years ago. They have two daughters; Kelli and Chrissy.
Nancy received her real estate license in 1982 and joined
CENTURY 21 American Heritage Realty in 1994. She has continued her education and attained the GRI, CRS, ABR designations.
Past member on the Board of Directors for the GAKA Board and has chaired many committees for them.
Century 21 Real Estate LLC initiated the Quality Serivce Program in 1996 and the Central/Western Pennsylvania Council honored her as the No. 1 Quality Service Agent. She consistently lives up to this reputation with each client she serves.
Nancy holds a Master Level 7th Degree Black Belt in Karate. She is actively involved in teaching at the Caliguri Karate School in Arnold and Lower Burrell. She also teaches classes in Women’s Self Defense and Street Smarts for Children. Inducted into the Alle-Kiski Sports Hall of Fame in 2004. Current National, State & Region Womens Black Belt Kata Champion.
Nancy’s ability to multitask is exceptional. She balances her aggressive real estate sales career, teaching and running the Karate School, bookkeeping for the school and their rental business with ease. She is enthusiastic, honest and hardworking.
