Cheryl’s real estate career and her career as a mother started simultaneously in 1984. It takes a special person to grow a successful real estate career while raising a close, caring family. Cheryl has the special qualities to do this.

She joined CENTURY 21 American Heritage Realty in 1988, continued her education and became an Associate Broker by 1990. She has been the Sales Manager since 1995. Her husband, Tim, joined her in their real estate sales business, and she has also nurtured her sister, Kim’s, career in real estate. She is involved in her church and school committees, and volunteers her time in the community. Whether Cheryl is working for her community, children, or clients, they have her total devotion.
